Threefold growth and a $1M contract – the results of a demand generation campaign for a UX solutions leader

Who did we work with

A European market leader in UX solutions faced a challenge that required strategic marketing support. When their ambitions reached beyond national borders, they turned to Growth Hub to help them achieve these goals. In just one year of working together, we not only reached the intended results, but also contributed to a threefold growth of their company. How did we do it? Here is our shared success story.

Challenges

Lack of time and resources – the client's internal marketing team was overburdened with duties, which limited the ability to execute campaigns at the level required to achieve international success.

Lack of a defined ICP – the client did not have a precisely defined Ideal Customer Profile, which hindered effective targeting and communication personalization.

Inconsistent analytics – there was a need to improve analytical tools to accurately track and optimize campaigns at every stage of the sales funnel.

Limited experience in ABM and demand generation – the client needed specialized expertise in ABM and demand generation strategies to effectively reach the right decision-makers.

What were our goals?

  • Definition and implementation of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) – development of a precise targeting strategy based on management roles related to marketing, sales, and operations.
  • HubSpot CRM & Automation Implementation – enhancing analytics and automating sales processes to increase lead management efficiency.
  • Execution of PPC and ABM campaigns – effective use of LinkedIn Ads and other remarketing channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Content creation and distribution – development of content tailored to the needs of the client’s buying committees, which will be intensively distributed among the ICP.
  • Ongoing consulting with the board of directors – regular strategic advisory that supported the client in making key marketing decisions.

How did the cooperation go

Growth Hub was engaged as a strategic partner tasked with supporting the client in executing an international marketing campaign. Our cooperation began with a thorough analysis of the client's needs and challenges. A key step was defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and creating a communication strategy aimed at reaching managerial-level decision-makers responsible for marketing, sales, and operations.

Our activities focused on using LinkedIn Ads as the main promotion channel, supported by other remarketing activities. Thanks to the implementation of HubSpot CRM, we automated lead management processes, which enabled more effective tracking of campaign results at every stage of the sales funnel.

The first months of the campaign were dedicated to building brand awareness, in line with the demand generation model. Together with the client's content team, we created and distributed content that addressed the needs and expectations of buying committees. Our approach allowed for a dynamic increase in the number of generated leads, which translated into spectacular results.

Specialist comment

This project perfectly demonstrates how crucial a strategic approach to B2B marketing is. The combination of a precisely defined ICP, a well-planned ABM campaign, and the full utilization of automation in HubSpot allowed not only for the effective scaling of activities, but also for achieving real sales results. This is proof that demand generation, when conducted consistently and based on data, can yield spectacular effects in a relatively short time.
