Conversion rate optimization on the website
We systematically increase your store's conversion through testing, user behavior analysis, and data-driven optimization. Zero guesswork.

Does this scenario Sound familiar?
Traffic is growing, but revenue is standing still
You do not know why customers are abandoning their carts
You introduce changes to the website "by feel," without testing
You are paying for traffic that does not convert
Time for the system, which turns traffic into revenue
We work with e-commerce and SaaS that have traffic but don't utilize its potential. Instead of guessing, we test. Instead of opinions, we deliver data. Every test is new knowledge about your customers.

Growth Experiment Framework
an approach that turns data into growthGather ideas
We gather insights from data, user tests, and business analysis.
Rank ideas
We evaluate ideas based on potential and feasibility using frameworks like P.I.E.S. or I.C.E.
Outline experiments
We create simple experiments with a clearly defined goal, timeframe, and expected result.
Work, work, work
We deploy experiments in weekly sprints, focusing on rapid execution.
Study data
We analyze the results, draw conclusions, and systematically learn from the data.
What does the CRO program include
We systematically increase conversion through data, testing, and continuous optimization.
Analyze
At this stage, we focus on understanding how users actually interact with the website and what prevents them from converting. We conduct UX and CRO audits, analyze conversion funnels, and study user behavior using heatmaps and session recordings. We supplement this with surveys that help us understand users’ motivations, concerns, and reasons for abandoning a purchase or contact.
Testing
Based on the data we’ve collected, we design and launch optimization tests. We conduct regular A/B tests and multivariate tests, evaluating different versions of key website elements, such as headlines, content, section layouts, and CTA buttons. At the same time, we work on optimizing the entire checkout process and implement personalization features to better tailor the experience to different user groups.
Reporting
All activities are measurable and transparent. We provide access to a real-time results dashboard, as well as prepare recurring reports summarizing progress and test insights. We regularly discuss the results during meetings, including monthly summaries and quarterly strategic reviews, to continuously improve the effectiveness of CRO efforts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have any questions? Check the answers below first!
How much traffic do I need for CRO?
Minimum 50k sessions per month for statistical significance of A/B tests. With less traffic, we recommend focusing on acquisition first.
How quickly will I see results
We launch the first tests in the 2nd to 3rd week of cooperation. Test results after 4-6 weeks (depending on traffic). Real impact on revenue is usually visible after 2-3 months.
Do I need my own developer?
It doesn't have to be dedicated. We need someone who will implement the winning variants (a few hours a month). We can also provide dev support for an additional +3k PLN/month.
What tools do you use?
VWO or Convert for A/B testing, Hotjar for heatmaps and recordings, GA4 for analytics. We adapt the stack to your current environment.
Why a minimum of 6 months?
CRO is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. We need time to build a knowledge base about your users, test hypotheses, and iterate. The best results come in months 4-6.
How do you measure the success of a CRO program?
The main metrics are the growth of Conversion Rate, revenue, and program ROI. You have access to a real-time dashboard with the results of all tests. Transparency is key.
